1983 a gold prospecter arrived in Glacier Bay alaska near Juneau the unnamed mane vanished never to be heard from again and no body was ever recovered, 6 months later a hiker stumbled across the prospecters equipment and surplies. The hiker took a cursory look around and noticed a thick set male around 7ft tall standing in the woods watching him, the hiker described the figure as wearing a wooden mask and dressed in animal skins and hold a curved blade, the hiker quickly ran off and reported what he had found and witnessed to the police. The police did a researched the area for the prospecter and the menacing figure and came up empty handed. The figures description a local historian later said matched a tribe thought extinct for 3,000 years..The Naha Tribe, a tribe known for decapitating intruders on their lands since 1983 there has been 7 more sightings and three more disappearances in the area. Little is known of the Naha tribe in the Nahanni valley, unlike other ancient peoples the Naha have had no tools weapons or pottery recovered all that is know is tales by local tribes men of the fear that their ancestors told of the Naha tribe and of how they decapitated with scythes. There is little gold in that area but maybe the people that disappear are linked to this gold maybe someone willing to kill to keep the gold stash secret. One folk legend of the Naha was before killing they would do a low continuous moan into the wind, this area is known as the Alaska triangle. A local man named cody reported a sighting to the local police and later to a television documentry, Cody claims that whilst solo camping as he prepared for bed whilst covering the fire with dirt he looked up and saw a beast of a man mountain with a wooden mask on and a curved blade in his hands standing around 100ft away, he looked around panicing but when his gaze returned the figureb was gone. Cody also claims there was a long moan he could hear but had previously chalked this up to the wind. Is Glacier Bay a unknow sacred burial area and the Naha warrior witnessed is there to continue keeping intruders away from his land long after his death? A similar cursed land tale is that of spiro mound, found in the 1930s it was eqauted to americas cursed ancient eygpt. When people began to steal artifacts from the mound the body count began to grow, one male drowned nothing unusual right? well yes because he drowned in a river bed that had been dry for almost 3 decades. In 2007 a couple moving into their first home in the local area began work landscaping their garden, it is said it was a hot day so the wife that we shall call S at this point went in to fetch a pitcher as the husband that we shall call H began digging a large hole which would be a pond. S soon called her husband as she could nt reach the pitcher so the husband went to help, whilst talking in the kitchen H happened to glance out the window to look at the work they had done so far, by the hole a hulking figure of a man that H described as wearing ancient animal skins with a wooden mask was seen crouched by the hole he had dug with a curved blade across his lap. The figure stood starred at him before walking off into the woods behind the house..one note to point out is that the wife S did not see the man her husband described. Could the legend of the Naha warrior just be a tribal interpretation of the Grim Reaper with his scythe ? A more recent report from the 2000s was a female jogger felt a earth tremor so stopped and braced herself against a tree whilst waiting for the tremor to stop she looked around and saw a male figure in dark leather tunic with a dark wooden mask on with a curved blade at his side. Before it could register and before she could turn and run the figure turned and vanished into thin air, the jogger ran off and reported the man to the police. Later that night she happened to meet up with friends and said about the tremor and about the man, her friends both said that there had been no tremor in the area that day, was the tremor the Naha warrior warning her for some reason? Mysterious lights, ufo and uso sightings and even bigfoot sightings are common place witin tthe alaska triangle, so is the Naha warrior a ghost or spirit or a long thought decendant trying to keep his heritage living on. There has never been any reported finds of Naha tribe, no pottery no weapons no arrow head and no skeletons have ever been found but does this mean they was just of legend? There are tribes in the Amazon and in Africa tribes that no one knew existed other than in legend have in more recent years been found so the Naha could potentially of been and may still be real. Nahanni Valley 1917 a gold panner named Martin Jorgenson was found dead in a burnt out cabin, his head was missing from the body and the skull was never found in the same area in 1945 a miner was found in his sleeping bag dead his head to was missing and around the same time in 1945 a trapper named o'Brien was found next to his fire pit frozen to death with matches still in his hand witnesses have had a uneasy feeling they was being watched and that o'Brien had been flash frozen in a matter of seconds. No culprits for the beheadings was ever brought to justice or even found local tribes believe the area to be a evil cursed land, are the decapitations the handy work of the Naha ghost warrior? Pray you never find out...........
