i have always been fascinated by the thought that strange animals roam the earth, creatures from our darkest nightmares may exist somewhere out there be it in the deepest darkest jungle or lurking below the waves stalking us as we swim just waiting to drag us down to Davey Jones himself.

Sadly things now modern day life has changed so much reality and the line of fantasy so easily blend into one, this unfortunately leads me to believe that creatures such as Nessie, Bigfoot and so many more are all fakes and figments of peoples over active or egotistic minds.

If you are looking as i regularly do for info about the many and varied cryptids of our strange world the worst thing most people and yes i to have done it and that is to look on social media and social video sites, although maybe just maybe some are real who knows.

Bigfoot everyone knows the patterson video and yes it has had many argue over its realness for many years

i PERSONALLY don't believe it the video is to convenient, some have stated that patterson had attempted to write a script about a hairyman that natives feared and sent it to hollywood, where it was laughed at putting him in thousands of dollars of debt and why did he just so happen to have a camera on him that day he filmed the bigfoot made so famous by t.v and internet and its claimed part of the script stated that two hunters by a creek saw a creature cross the stream and turn to look at them.

In reality i have no idea if this is true but it makes me wonder people that go hunting with rifles for bigfoot and SOME claim to of been confronted by it, so whyhave none of them ever shot the creature?

The same can be said about nessie, i have noticed as the economy fluctuates so do the sightings of the lochness monster, although this by no mean shows the creature does not exist but it doe not lend truth to the legend.

Back in 2013 russian scientists claim to of found the skull and skeletal remains of such a creature in a lake in siberia (pictured above) and 4 years on this creature called "the devil" has never publically been released, this brings to question the validity of the claim.

Siberians claim "the devil" pre dates Nessie by 400 years.

I know if i found proof nessie type creatures existed then i would not keep it to myself, would you?.

For so long i wished nessie and others like champ and morag was ancient water dwelling dinosaurs but sadly they look no more than misidentified creatures like the oarfish or giant catfish, the latter of which can grow in excess of 1100lbs.

Maybe im wrong about cryptids as so much sea and land is still uncharted and maybe just maybe histories true life jaws the megaladon the prehistoric great white shark that could grow in excess of 60 feet maybe just waiting for you to go for a late night paddle just in time for a midnight snack.
